Unique

After a couple of days when I could hardly drag myself out of bed, having had broken nights, today I was glad to be back to normal so I decided to catch up on housework. I’m probably unique in that I quite enjoy it! 

This macro is of some of the tiny flowers on a Buddleja x alternifolia Unique bush in a pot on our patio. I think they’re so pretty, but sadly there aren’t a lot of them. I now know that I need to prune the bush harder at the end of the flowering season because the flowers only appear on new wood.
