Sunflower

I cut the three sunflowers off the stalks and put them in a shallow bowl on the back porch to dry. They still had tiny flowers where the seeds will make as they dry. Just another way nature is amazing. Beauty until the last gasp.

After the cool day yesterday we are back to the southern sauna. No walk today.
