I had a message from my friend Katherine this morning, saying that her daughter was sick, and giving me the chance to skip my visit and avoid her germs - but I decided it was worth the risk ;)  I had a pretty leisurely start in the hotel, and checked out shortly after 10am, and arrived at Katherine's just after 11.  B perked up a bit while I was there, and it seemed that she'd had one of her gastric migraines rather than having a sick bug.  It was so lovely to see them both, and I stayed for a good couple of hours before heading home again.  Called in at the services on the M4 to pick up some lunch.  Got home before 5pm - so good to see Tim again, and re-acquaint myself with our fabulous view :)
