Doughnut ( or Donut )

Another day spent at home.  The weather today was nice - dry and warm.  So I did some gardening.  The green bin is now full and ready to be emptied on Tuesday.

I also did a lot of ironing whilst watching TV.  I saw some of the Wimbledon  Mens Singles final.  Some great tennis on show and I was pleased that Alcaraz won.

In advance of going away on my trip this week Im not really following my slimming plan at the moment.  So Ive been having extra treats.  Today one of them was this iced doughnut. It was delicious.
