Boating Pond

I was in Sheringham this morning for a U3A talk, so went briefly to the boating lake to get a photo. It’s been a dull, cool (15C) and wet day and so I turned it mono and put it through ArtCard to get a photo that fully reflected the weather. It was a very interesting talk from a bird expert on his trips to the Antarctic, but he also covered whales and dolphins etc too. My favourites were the penguins, especially the Rockhopper and the Chinstrap. 

This afternoon I did some weeding in very light rain and dug out a dead hebe. Then I had a lovely FaceTime catch up with my friend T.
