A porcelain present

Jackie and Richard have come to stay with us for a long weekend. We celebrated their arrival with a small tea party in the shared garden, doing our best to make the most of the sunshine while it lasts (extra). It's such a pity for our visitors that the weather forecast for the rest of the weekend is so poor. The evening continued indoors with Champagne, supper, and (inevitably) Catan (won by Richard).

Earlier in the day I exercised, cooked, and made the house ready for our guests.

Exercise today: 1 hour on the exercise bike; pilates class; swim (30 lengths); walking 18,799 steps).
