This is what lightning looks like when you take it through the window using a phone that wiggles. My timing was perfect because I got a couple bolts. But I ended up, as you can see, with a “double your pleasure, double your fun with Doublemint gum” shot. Still fun.
We’ve had dry thunderstorms almost every night. This time a.typical monsoon storm. Thunder, lightning, gale force wind, pounding rain then…POOF! Over in 10 minutes.

In other news…I have to cancel my trip to see Reno brother. I have trip insurance so I’ll have to figure that out.

PS Meant to mention that Tucson has set a record for consecutive days over 100°/38° – – 40 days. Will probably get some more in there.
