Take the long way home...

Despite only having one G&T at Emily's Hen Do, I was really tired this morning (enjoying oneself is quite exhausting!) so after initially getting up at 7am, I returned to bed an hour later and slept till 11am!  

David was playing golf with Keith on our local course at 3pm so Mairi (Keith's wife) came here for coffee and a catch up (their son Ross went to school with Alan :-)  Once the golf was done (they both played well :-) we all headed to a local restaurant for dinner, which was fabulous.

A really lovely day spent with lovely people.

On the way home the light was lovely so we took a small detour along the road behind our house so I could get my blip.
