Shaggy

I waited until after the rain and the abandonment of play at the Oval before getting out for my last proper run before Borrowdale next weekend. The legs still felt tired from my massive hill session on the Chevin but woke up a bit as the run went on. All the rain we've had lately meant that the moor is beginning to return to its boggy normality. I can now have a restful week.

I've been feeling distinctly shaggy lately, finding it very hard to focus and a little out of sorts with life. Today marked a return to some kind of flow.
