Love in a Cloud

I admit I was rushed when I took this. I'd become engrossed trying to create a book in Affinity Publisher and not finding the software particularly intuitive. My experience with Affinity Photo was similar. I've had to buy a paperback on Amazon to try to get to grips with it.

I took this on the outside step just as I was about to take Basil for a walk, courtesy of Cecily and it was getting late in the afternoon.

The heavenly blue of the flowers is not colouration of petals but of sepals that enclose the bud. The petals are very small and lie below the stamens.

The flowers seem to have erupted. into bloom
