8:30am and heading out on the bike.

Yesterday's journey home was smooth and the night of sleep was sweet. As the sun is shining and there's a two wheeled machine in the garage all ready to be ridden, I'm off to remind myself how it works.

And then walk the dogs.

The rest of the day was eventful with un-intended childcare of a neighbour's eldest after the youngest decided to burst a washing liquid tablet in his own face. Ouch time.

So we went to Linlithgow and played with the ducks. And in the park.

A nice reacquaintance with Scotland.
