Some shade

Today was the start of a serious heat wave, with temperatures over the next few days approaching 90.  I'll need to try to park in a shadier space at dialysis than I did today, as the car was dreadfully hot when I came out.  Dialysis itself went fine, but that damned chair...  I'm quite comfortable driving myself to these sessions, which is a great relief, as it takes the burden off Lex and Doug..

Tomorrow will be our first family dinner in a couple of weeks.  I can't wait to see everyone and kiss some boys.
