The Windswept Look

There is nothing to beat the windswept look for a morning beach blip.Storm Betty may have left the Edinburgh area but she has left behind high winds. The latter didn’t deter us from swimming and as it was warm and dry, we 3 Porty wannabe  Bluetits  had a lovely time.

Having steadfastly ignored all summer the ice cream van which parks at the play park in the Meadows, I decided this afternoon to actually go and treat myself.
Clutching some shekels in my hot little hand I made my way to where it usually parks and guess what? It was nowhere to be seen! My shekels and I returned empty handed. Sod’s Law!
