Nice day, warmth and sunshine, lots of pollinators active in the garden ... and in the house!   A sleepy bee on yesterday's blip flowers.   Outside the first if the big, garden colchicum has opened its' first flower, I wonder how long it will escape the slugs :-/    Almost alongside it, Campanula cochlearifolia is still flowering nicely, helped along by the regular rainfall.

I managed to get a fair bit done with the bulbs today as I've been confined to home by Jamie's difficulties.   On the downside I was not able to sing with the group at the Food Festival.   It went well by all accounts.   Sadly Jamie's still very confused and very tired although in the middle of the day he did bake some cookies.   Early and late he's been struggling with the disorientation that this side effect causes and tonight his asthma cough has been more of a problem again.   Not sure where these accumulating difficulties are going to lead us.   Hoping for some real improvement very soon but it's hard to be optimistic on current evidence.
