Looking through

Today's Abstract Thursday challenge is " through an object".  For my blip shot I took a photo of my hand through a clear cut glass dish.  Boosted the colour a bit.  Thanks to Ingeborg for hosting.

Had a quiet day at home today.  Did some ironing, filled a charity bag and watched TV.

I did intend going to slimming group but M phoned around 4.30pm to say she wouldn't be going - so no lift for me.  As my back and knees have been  painful today I didn't fancy walking to the Church Hall so decided not to go.
