Autumn Arrives

After a fabulous warm and sunny summer's day yesterday, today marks the arrival of meteorological autumn…and boy did it arrive!!

A very wet and grey start to the day (to be honest it hasn’t improved much). The raindrops collecting on this branch of a leylandii tree caught my eye…with the backlighting it looks almost like ice and if you go large you can even see the rain falling!!

Needless to say I got a bit soggy on my walk this morning….
