Visitor

This is a late posting.

We had a busy morning attending to various admin stuff.  Then we got a call to say that an item we’d ordered had arrived, so we popped down to Mitre10 after lunch to pay for it and organise for it to be delivered.  Apparently Monday is a quiet day so the delivery charge was very reasonable and it was delivered a bit later in the afternoon.  We also had a call from a friend from Auckland who is in the South Island for a couple of weeks touring around in a campervan.  He suggested catching up for dinner and drinks, so we invited him to have dinner at our place.  He thought that was a good idea, so parked his campervan in our driveway and we had a very enjoyable evening with him.  He is our first visitor, but he stayed in his campervan not in the house, so not our first “guest”.

As we were saying good night and preparing for bed I suddenly realised I didn’t have a blip, so my emergency blip is of the campervan parked in the driveway.
