Mushroom

I was on the hunt for fungi this morning in a small wooded area where I have found some in the past…sadly there were none there today (that I could see), but I did find this one right next to a footpath I walked along. It was mostly covered in fallen beech leaves so I moved a few out of the way so that I could photograph it. This is a 20 shot focus stack…I had planned ahead and packed the mini tripod!

I finally spent time culling and processing some shots from the Yorkshire Wildlife Park on Tuesday..got the number of shots down to just over a hundred and then I picked a few to process…I have uploaded a dozen to Flickr….here
