Not Another Cat

It probably would have been another cat (they are over Here) if I hadn't spotted the sun shining through the Honesty purses at the end of the path on my way to wash the car ...... you could hardly see it under the coating of sand and dust.
How can a hose get completely twisted and knotted when putting it away when it has been unrolled and laid flat fot connecting the the pressure washer? It took me longer to put the hose away than it did to wash the car! .... and I ended up dirtier than the car had been!

Mid morning it was over to Bags'. We are looking after Squirrel (and a friend who is having a sleep-over) while Bags and SIL go to some overnight works function in Glasgow. Of course, they had to go mid morning so they could get a posh lunch is as well.
After the stupid big cat made a bid for freedom yesterday by jumping out an open upstairs window we have had to suffer not being able to open the windows past the inch or two where they 'lock' ..... and it has not been a day for closed windows!!! I am going to be a wet patch on the carpet before bedtime.
