Quiet Sunday

Making green bean'n'carrot kimchi with home-grown veg. It should be ready in a week or so.

Also, decanted the kefir (takes 24 hours) and the kombucha (takes about a week).
Baked a sourdough loaf (roughly 24hrs from start to finish).

I enjoy these hands-on processes and the results are exceptionally nutritious. And delicious.

Not much else happened.
Rain started.
