Fox and Cubs

On our drive, from a small self-set seed,
Grows a beautiful flame-coloured weed.
Orange hawkweed's its name.
Fox and cubs is the same:
Hieracium — Latin — indeed!

One of the limericks that I've recently added to the Omnificent English Dictionary In Limerick Form. (If you like writing limericks, come and join in!)

And now to announce (roll on drums!) my first ever Wordle in ONE! I couldn't believe it when every letter revealed itself as right first time, and I was declared "Genius"! If that means Lucky, then I am! He he he. I choose a different word every day, and this one simply popped into my head.

My Extra is of Mr PP mowing the lawn. It grew about an inch in 24 hours when all day yesterday it rained and rained and rained. Today it's sunny and warm again. Done some light gardening myself, too. I've also completed three weeks' ironing. Too hot to do it last week and too busy the week before, so the basket was full. Good jobs done!

Incidentally, since I started taking daily Vitamin B about a month ago, I do feel less tired. Could be placebo, but I don't think so as I'd forgotten I'd added them to my daily Vitamins cocktail until after I'd noticed that I wasn't feeling as exhausted as usual.
