Stirling

Took a number of small electrical items of Mums’ to Homestart, a charity that puts together donated household items in good condition in a pack for households that have been given A home but don’t have extra funds to buy the necessities. Also took up her curtains which I had washed and folded . They were still in good condition so am glad they are being re used.

Got the fishman who is always at the house around 11:15 and then off to Stirling to get my rings checked and cleaned . Free service once a year if you’ve bought from there. The diamonds are sparkling and the platinum shiny now. Not been since 2019 so was needed.

We had a nice lunch in a wee cafe on Baker Street while they were getting done. We were going to go up to the castle but it was very wet. Popped into this great shop which was all the ‘makers’ from the area. They also do workshops etc. a great big space filled with stuff made by clever people.

Home and still raining. For some reason I felt exhausted! We finished off the Wham documentary and an early night!
