Lemon cake

To clarify yesterday’s blip, I don’t intend to learn Japanese; I just want to be able to say the basics, as I would visiting any country where English isn’t a main language. but I’m a linguist, so I have more of an interest than most. Google Translate will be busy if I can’t find someone that speaks English!

Mr Pandammonium whipped up one of his banana breads this morning. When I complained he never made me an equivalent (nasty bananas), this lemon cake duly appeared. It’s his first non-banana-bread cake.

Coincidentally, it was the same recipe I’ve used before.

He’s saved the recipe, so this bodes well for me, if not my waistline, although it seems I have to share with Mr Perkins.
