Bom feriado

Good (public) holiday, usually said to someone as a pleasantry.

When Mozambican public holidays fall during my visits and the office closes, I shouldn’t technically down tools, as I’m not contracted here. But what I should do is work from the hotel at a more relaxed pace and try and make progress on some tasks. Which is what I did, interspersed by pleasant diversions such as Georgia being insanely adorable on a video call.
