COAT TIT

Well I think that's what this is, I find them hard to distinguish from blue tits.

No ill effects from the covid and flu vaccines yesterday, just the usual sore arms and a feeling of tiredness today, otherwise all good.

Had a good Tai Chi session this morning, but I couldn't do the arm exercises otherwise very good.
