Our Mother’s 95th Birthday

What a day. We did a few jobs outside - pruning, clearing away the branches, cleaning the garage, etc. As we were heading to pick up my mother, my sister let us know a five car pile up had closed the road we needed to travel on. We changed the route and headed south. Since we were early, we simply chatted for a bit. We met my sister and BIL at Olive Garden to celebrate the big 95! The meal was delicious and the wait staff brought our mother a luscious dessert and everyone in the restaurant sang to her. All of my family met at our home for cake and ice cream but most of all to celebrate our matriarch and our family. They even face timed Sky so she could sing happy birthday with us and “be in “the family photo while in Frostburg. Thanks for stopping by to see our crew. Be safe. Oh, we heard that no one was injured in the wreck. Thank you, Lord! “Cherish all your happy moments; they make a fine cushion for old age." -BOOTH TARKINGTON
