Front door replacement

It's all happening this week. First, the new wood burning stove (and thank you for all the kind comments), and now a new front door. I'm sad to lose the lovely red rose, but I shan't miss the winter draughts, nor the rattle of the old door. Our new door is double glazed, has a modern lock (instead of a fiddly-to-operate and less secure mortice lock), and it is positioned to allow room for a shoe and coat 'tree' in the hall. It also has no letter box, pro bono retaining warmth in the winter, and Mr PP has fitted a smart, new mailbox on the wall outside. I thought I'd share these Before and After images.
