Circular walk at Abbey St Bathans

We drove an hour south of Edinburgh today for a lovely sunny 7 mile circular walk along the Whiteadder from Abbey St Bathans, stopping for a picnic lunch and 'afternoon tea' along the way. We didn't pass a single person on the whole walk. My blip is of one of the wooded areas that we passed through along the route.

For me, this trip was sandwiched between two tranches of Mummy hazelh admin.

Exercise today; 1 hour on the exercise bike; 7 mile walk (20,464 steps).
