Yellow and Green

A day of getting various things done. Outside more rain - so when it ceased I had a “creative” 10 minutes in the garden looking for anything borderline abstract. This is the best I could come up with.

The garden is still looking quite floral, but in a well past its peak sort of way. And not everything is giving up or fading away. The morning glory plants now have loads of flower buds, so it looks as if it’s going to put on a serious display. And new sunflowers are bursting forth. The tallest, in a container, almost reaches to our front bedroom window and its large flower bud (seen from the window above it) is showing a hint of curled up yellow petals. Defiantly floral. And in this image, another plant defiantly alive.
