Sally in her pushchair

Sally is 15. She was sitting in her pushchair with her 'Mum and Dad' in the corner outside Finkins. She has arthritis and her hind legs splay out when she tries to stand and walk. But she seemed perfectly happy in her pushchair.

We returned to Oscar's Pumpkin Patch in the afternoon and had the grounds almost to ourselves. A cutting has been forged through the sunflowers to give access to the pumpkin field, and what a huge lot of pumpkins there are. So many different varieties. Photos will appear in days to come.

There are still flowers but cosmos is in the ascendant. We have a lovely bunch in pink and white. Len couldn't resist buying a bright yellow marigold.

Then we sat in the open air and enjoyed a coffee looking out at the field. Some photos in the extras.
