Roadside Attraction

I photographed this on the way home, as per usual, what was not usual was that it was about 20 past 7. That's quite late to be having just left work.

Shan't go into much detail - let's just say that someone let off a pooh-bomb and went home. And so, given that it had nothing to do with me, who did they phone? A lovely conversation followed where they effectively said "Can you take your toothbrush and make sure everything is back to the way it was? Oh and it has to be done before you go home."

This coincidentally coincided with a team arriving to deep clean all the carpets in our offices with their specially noisy equipment...

The Landstrasse (a bit like a dual carriageway but with 3 lanes )where this was taken was quieter than that lot.

It was a wee bit difficult to concentrate. Especially when I had to phone people in Hamburg to ask questions.

It's nearly 9. I'm home and the cats are here. I shall hope for a bit of quiet but I expect none.
