It took me a while to get moving this morning with both back and knee playing up, but after breakfast and painkillers I felt able to do a short, local walk.

When I got back, nicely loosened up, I managed to do the two jobs in the garden that should've been done before I went away - empty the tomato plant pots, and take out the Michaelmas Daisies. I'll remove the last roots and shoots in the spring.

Now lunch and a hot water bottle.
