Champions

A back blip from Yesterday  as we made the journey over to Manchester to watch Wigan take on Catalan in the Super League Grand -final at the Theatre of dreams Old Trafford .
The journey over was rather damp at times which was a surprise as it was lovely sunshine when we left. Still damp when we arrived . A trip to the ticket office to pick up our tickets that had not arrived in the post  thankfully not to much of a que then a walk around the stadium and waited to watch the team arrive and  then in to the ground to prepare for the main event . 
The 1st half was a bit uneventful apart from a penalty for each side so teams went in with the score 2-2  the 2nd half livened up with a disallowed try for Wigan but then thankfully Liam Marshal went into score and a further penalty meant Wigan went on to win  10 - 2 .

My blip shot is of Wigan lifting the trophy not the best of shots as on my mobile due to them not allowing big cameras into the ground . More shots from outside and in the ground can be seen On Flickr again some poor shots but a great record of a wonderful occasion 
After the match a good singsong outside the ground before the journey home which was ok apart from what looks to be the only downer on the day coming along the M62 I got blipped by a speed camera so a nervous wait for me now
