I brought this persimmon back from the hotel,  as it wasn't ripe when I picked it up for dessert.  I wanted to try it as I've never had one before, so it travelled back in my approach shoe! It has a pleasant, perfumed flavour - nothing to do with my shoe! - but I'm not sure I'll rush to try it again!

Back to normal with a trip to The Climbing Unit and I paid for a 3 month pass now that I've finished gadding about. I only lasted an hour and spent a while working out where the routes went. Shorts were a mistake, it was cold!

Grateful for: fitness, getting back into the reading habit and a good sports massage on my lower legs this evening.
