Between Aline and Bernard

The course finished today, and feedback was enthusiastic, so that's good. And now to relax, especially for Sharon. We've elected to stay nearby, in Figueira da Foz, for now.

Great walk across the boardwalks onto the beach, where I got warned by two lifeguards on a quad bike, to go no nearer the waves - which were crashing impressively, even though we are in a lull between two storms.

Gratefuls:
- FTing my sister, still in hospital until they can get her BP to stay low, but reassuring to actually talk to her (and thanks to all in this kind community who made supportive comments yesterday)
- a great walk, barefoot in the sand, and no rain, though it rained heavily this morning, and we're expecting more any minute
- gorgeous light on the waves
