Some incompatibility with the graphics card on my laptop prevents me from using Lightroom's AI noise reduction.  That's even worse than on my ancient desktop, where Adobe doesn't even acknowedge the presence of a graphics card, but still manages to apply noise reduction using the main procesor (admittedly very, very slowly).
