Land-and-seascapes

Scotland, day 4 of 6.

We visited Edinburgh today.
We left Ballachulish around 08:15 and drove all the way to Stirling.
From Stirling we took the 10:38 train to Edinburgh Waverley.

By 11.20 we'd climbed some stairs and arrived right on The Royal Mile.
We strolled though the city in a constant drizzle and found our way to the Greyfriars Kirkyard, where we had to find our final Potter location. The grave of Tom Riddle, also known as Voldemort.
We also saw the graves of Moody and MacGonagal. All these names have inspired J.K. Rowling for her best selling stories.

We walked on, had a nice extensive lunch at The Filling Station and around 16:00 we found our train back to Stirling.
From Stirling a long and dark ride back to Ballachulish awaited us.
All went well. We had 2 close encounters with huge deer and stags in the Glencoe area. It frightened us more than the deer it seemed.

Another great day here in Scotland!
