The Pond

A gentle drizzle has been going on all day but got a bit less wet while I went shopping so I drove to where my old flat is and took a walk around The Pond. I've done that hundreds of times during the five years I lived there but now it's almost a year ago since my last visit. 

The place is very familiar, yet different each time I'm here. Todays sharp autumn colours and the light playing in the leaves and water was beautiful and soothing during my walk into autumn.
