Sweet Little Roses

I asked John to pick me some little Roses to cheer me up. 

Today has been a bad day pain wise. Probably after all the movement yesterday. I have someone coming on Thursday to help get me in the shower safely. Pity we don't have a walk in one like the hospital one. 

I get the staples out of my knee next Tuesday and on Wednesday I start with the physio.
