Fog …

… greeted us again this morning but disappeared reasonably quickly.  The lads were on the job early and have completed everything except the big ranchslider in the study/living/dining area, plus minor finishing touches to the casement windows and the window in the garden loo.  All being well the project will be completed by the end of the day tomorrow.

We made two trips to the Resource Recovery Park with garden waste this morning and I caught up with some computer admin.  After lunch I made two batches of seeded crackers while MrMacD spent some time in the garden.  We went out for a walk after the lads had left, took a new route through the gardens and discovered some beautiful peony roses (see extra).  There always seems to be something new to discover.  On our way to the gardens we heard a sheep bleating and when we looked we saw a sheep in the front yard of a house across the road.  I think he would have liked to come walking with us.
