Milsey Bay

I was still feeling a bit grim. I got up, put a load of washing on and decided I needed to go back to bed.  I slept for a  few more hours, which I am sure did me good.  I generally took it very easy today, as I really didn’t feel up to much.    
 
It was a lovely day, so after lunch TT and I headed over to North Berwick and had a beach walk.  We saw the devastation caused by the recent storm, and saw the damage caused to the harbour (see extra). 
 
We came home via the supermarket.  TT cooked, while I caught up with the ironing mountain. 
 
Later I half watched some TV.  I hope I feel better tomorrow.
