Wet Leaf on the Conservatory Roof

Spotted this morning. Of course, it was raining.

Baadiya was an enormous help today clearing and cleaning out my cupboard. Amongst the two huge bags and the three armfuls of clothes, she found a dead mouse. Finally, all the clothes that have been strewn over the bed and the bedroom floor  because I couldn't get into the cupboard have been picked up and put away. And there's still more to do, but that can wait until another day.

Decided on toad in the hole for tea. Sarah Howells book on gluten free cooking has great ideas. Amongst them is the suggestion to make the batter half ordinary gf flour and half cornflour. It really does make the Yorkshire pudding lighter.

Liz arrived before I finished dinner. She says we must eat at 5 pm on choir days so that I am on time. Mea culpa.
