The colour blue.

Lovely walk to meet Carrie at Riverside at lunch time. The sports club and swimming pool had a humongous revamp a few years ago and I honestly don't think I've walked that side of it before. Beautiful colour combination along the top of the swimming pool wall. Lovely against the blue sky too.
Only got a little bit stressy taking FK to the docs after Samba. He had no time concept or organisation and I had to ring them to say we'd be 5mins late, although more like 10! Luckily we were the last appt and the lovely doctor saw him. He doesn't have any circulation problems thankfully.
And hopefully a solution.
