Parsnips

I was up earlier than normal because I had an 8am call with some of the team in Australia and Kuala Lumpur. We wanted to discuss some questions that we had for the one of our customers and, being new to the organisation, I wanted to make sure I was going through the appropriate channels. 

I went to the supermarket after work.  We haven’t properly been in the weekly rhythm for a while but I picked up some veggies to go with the parsnips we had from a previous delivery. I also picked up some things to go the the beetroot that is also left over. As a result we have a number of delicious dinners in ready for the week.
