Light and reflections

Saturday
It was quite cool today, but still under beautiful blue skies and sunshine. So after a phone call with Roger’s sister Janet in the morning, we decided to get out and enjoy it, heading a bit further afield today, and drove up to Twin Creeks Metro Park in the Dayton area, where we enjoyed a beautiful hike - almost 6 miles. The trail runs along Twin Creek for a while, then heads into the woodland, where the trails were covered with fallen leaves, and so you had to be careful on the slopes, as the leaves could just be leaves, or covering over tree roots or rocks. We find our hiking poles gives us a bit of assurance at such times. There was still some colour left on the trees, provided by oak and beech trees.
