During a gust from Storm Debi

Strong winds as Storm Debi passed by. There'd been rain overnight, enough to set off a flood alarm. Loughborough is under threat of flooding from tributaries to the River Soar including our own Black Brook and Grace Dieu Brook.

This was an opportunity to try out my new nd filters from Kase. They worked, as you can see.

We have meat sauce left over from yesterday and rice so I shall make stuffed peppers to return to this evening after we come back from looking after Edward at Braunstone Swimming Pool while William has his swimming lesson. Len's not too keen on the stuffed peppers.

This was the day that Suella Braverman was sacked for defying the PM, James Cleverly took her job as Home Secretary and David Cameron was brought back as Foreign Secretary. He had to be made a peer to do it.
