Radicchio

Pottered round the garden and brought in some radicchio, parsley and a few diminutive carrots. I found a very large raddish the other day which was completely edible.

I made some pesto-ish sauce with chopped parsley, garlic and chilli with olive oil and some elderly pine nuts. We tried it with some pasta and parmesan plus some radicchio as salad. The management didn't complain.
