In Memory

This evening after work home to get changed and get some tea and then  a trip to the uphill part of the city to take some photos from the St Barnabas torchlight parade . It is an annual event where people join a torchlight parade for a chance  to remember and celebrate the life of loved ones who have sadly passed away. As a lot of people know my Dad lost hiss battle with Cancer 9 years ago and St Barnabas was a great help to us in his last days so this is close to my heart .
I took quite a few shots but have gone with this one as the parade reached the end at the Cathedral I have included an extra as I did try to load more shots on to Flickr but they kept failing so will try again another time.
Back home to watch a stream of the 2nd half of Lincolns away game at Leyton orient this is the rearranged fixture which was abandoned the other week when a Leyton Orient fan sadly died at the ground. It was 0-0 at half time and Lincoln scored a goal in the last 10 minutes to win 1-0
