Christmas Lights

Midday we set off from home to Godalming, Surrey (UK) to visit son Nathan and family. We were later joined by daughter Lorna, partner Kris and granddaughter Amelia.

I managed to watch most of the Preston v Cardiff City FC match on my phone with Cardiff scoring two goals in nine minutes of extra time to win 1-2.

Before 5pm, we'd walked into Godalming town centre to watch the Christmas Lights being switched on. The blipfoto is of three grandchildren (L - r) Sofia, Amelia and Jack on the shoulders of parents.

Afterwards we enjoyed drinks and food in Wetherspoons before walking back to our bed for the night - the sofa!
