Musical Christmas Toys!

The photo is of two musical toys we bought today from B & Q. The Christmas tree plays ‘Rocking around the Christmas tree’ and the bear with saxophone plays ‘Santa Claus is coming to town’ and sounds like a brass group. Over the years we have bought  several of these and they come out each year and we have to get lots of batteries. I will only buy ones which have a recognisable Christmas tune….some are obviously developed in China and the sound is poor. Our grandchildren love playing with them still so I had previously done a recce and after school we went to check them out. The children were very good…we eliminated most and short listed the two which we eventually bought. They would have been happy to share one but because they did not expect us to buy two we did!

When we got back to their house we realised how good the lights were and the technology has moved on…the bears cheeks puff in and out as it sings and the Christmas tree goes up and down on its legs…amazing.

Previously I went to Pilates and then had my hairdresser come to to our house and sort my hair plus a friends.
